Baja Whale Trip

Donna and Michelle Konkright will be taking an adventure to Mulege, Mexico on March 13-16 to have a close encounter with Grey Whales. We will have the opportunity to get close to these amazing creatures on a small boat in a lagoon called Laguna San Ignacio where the whales arrive each year to give birth to their young. We wil be staying at the Serenidad Hotel. Our transportation will be on a 5 seater bush plane leaving from Falcon Field air port. Joe Patterson will be our pilot.

Meeting our Pilot

I went out to Falcon Field air port on Saturday to meet our pilot and take a look at the plane we will be flying to Mexico on. Joe decided to take me for a spin. We flew to Eloy, got some coffee and watched the sky divers land. What a treat. We are in good hands! Joe is standing here by the silver plane in Eloy that is just like the one that Amelia Earhart flew.
